Lucky

A few years ago, a friend of mine informed me that one of his dogs had passed away and asked if I could do a painting of her. And I did:

"Zoyee"

Unfortunately, a couple months ago, another one of his dogs passed away and my services were called upon and I happily agreed to paint another picture:

"Lucky"

Although its always sad losing a pet or loved one, a custom painting is a great way to keep their memory alive and I'm always happy to help.

Back to my Roots!

It feels like its been forever since someone comissioned a painting from me and let me do it my way. While i enjoy painting regardless, sometimes being told to do something that isn't the style you like doing it in, is kind of a bummer. Having said that, for my last project i was given 2 pictures and was told "just paint them however you like." So I did! Here are the original pictures and the final products for your viewing pleasure.

So.... my little cousin just got himself a big boy bed with fancy new sheets...

Better than your grandma!

Not only am I a skilled technician with a paintbrush, but I'm also pretty alright with a pair of knitting needles. Ch ch check out the scarf i just completed.



Its about 10 inches wide by about 57ish inches long and made with natural and navy blue 100% acrylic yarn!

I know its not the BEST looking scarf out there but I think for my second try at making a scarf, its pretty alright!
